Food and Beverage Supervisor Wanted

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Hodson Bay Hotel, one of Ireland's leading 4-star hotels.

About the Role:

As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. Your leadership will help create memorable moments for our guests.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and train the Food & Beverage team.
  • Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to our guests.
  • SUPPORT DAILY OPERATIONAL STANDARDS INCLUDING CLEANLINESS, PRESENTATION, AND COMPLIANCE WITH HOTEL POLICIES (HACCP, CASH HANDLING, ETC.).
  • DRIVE SALES AND UPSELLING OPPORTUNITIES IN A NATURAL, GUEST-FOCUSED MANNER.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless service and team engagement.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality or F&B setting (preferred).
  • A strong team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a natural flair for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service.
