IT Support Specialist Contract | €220-€260/day | Cork | Onsite A client in Cork is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role focuses on providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to ongoing infrastructure improvements. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for Windows and Microsoft 365 systems, including managing user accounts in Active Directory. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with the configuration and deployment of Microsoft 365 applications. Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of support activities. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in IT support or a related role. Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Experience with basic networking protocols and troubleshooting. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is a plus.
