R&D Partners is seeking a Bioprocessing Scientist to join a team dedicated to producing high-quality gene therapy products in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment. This role involves supporting the production of sterile products, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Follow established procedures to produce gene therapy products in a clean and sterile environment.

Use aseptic techniques to ensure contamination‑free production.

Monitor and maintain the manufacturing facility to meet safety and compliance standards.

Perform routine cleaning and environmental monitoring of the facility.

Update and review process documents as needed.

Manage inventory, including stock checks, ordering, and storage of materials.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Identify and report any issues or deviations in processes.

Assist in transferring new processes into manufacturing when required.

Plan and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.

Key Skills and Requirements

Background in bioprocessing, life sciences, or a related field, with practical laboratory experience.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing, particularly in aseptic environments.

Understanding of GMP standards and practices.

Experience with sample preparation and analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professionalism under pressure.
