Provide support in daily living skills, including personal hygiene, health and appearance. Work in a person-centred manner to meet individual care plans and goals. Adhere to policies and procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice Administer and document the dispensation of prescribed medication. Undertake key worker responsibilities, helping service owners achieve goals. Document and report incidents and complaints involving staff, service owners or visitors. Work with MDT to achieve the goals of service owners. Essential Requirements Social Care Worker: Minimum Level 7 qualification in Applied Social Studies or equivalent. Social Care Worker: Registered (or in process) with the Social Care Workers Registration Board by CORU. Social Care Assistant: QQI Level 5 (8 modules) in Healthcare or equivalent Hold a full Irish driving license Prior experience in social care or healthcare. Working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations. Excellent verbal and writing skills. Garda Vetting/Police Clearance Skills: Experience License Permit
