A Main Tier 1 Civil Contractor in Ireland is actively seeking a Construction Estimating Manager, to lead large scale projects within the Dublin Region.

Our client prides themselves in investing in their employees, with a low staff turnover, and an excellent pathway to progress “up the ranks”. Members of the Senior Management Team are young aspiring individuals, and they would like like-minded engineers to join the team. They are currently working within a number of countries, working on flagship projects. The clients have a very strong and secure project book across Ireland, including Water/Waste Water, Highways, Civil Infrastructure & Rail.

The successful candidate will need to have extensive years of experience working as an Estimating Manager. The role will require a proven track record regarding the management of direct staff and sub-contractors. In addition, they must have a history of completing projects within the time frame and allocated budget. They will also need experience in the market to identify any information gaps, develop solutions, and rectify them.

Key Experience:

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of large scale projects
- Good knowledge of quality pre-tender packages
- Willingness to learn and develop within the company
- Good administrative, report writing and I.T. skills, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
