Planning and Scheduling Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain earned value management processes and procedures.
2. Provide oversight and leadership to internal planning and scheduling team.
3. Oversee large complex process projects.
4. Deliver across project design phases as well as construction and commissioning.
5. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients.
6. Establish project objectives in line with the client and ensure the goals and timelines are achieved.
7. Execution of projects via an established quality and management system.
8. Establish project schedule resource requirements.
9. Provide performance updates or reports for identification of variances and corrective actions.

Competencies: Quality

1. Execute work following Arcadis SOP's, Work Instructions, and Guidelines.
2. Formally review work prepared by other Schedulers.
3. Ensure that all work prepared for issue is formally reviewed and approved by another Senior Scheduler or the PM before issue.
4. Support the Department Manager in ensuring the team has the right mix to achieve technical and commercial objectives.
5. Adhere to and encourage compliance with Arcadis behavioural expectations and values.
6. Support department manager in identifying gaps and training needs.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR procedures and standards.
