To succeed in this role, you’ll need:* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams and functions.* A proactive mindset, with a desire to learn, grow, and drive your career forward.* A commitment to working in line with our purpose and values, always keeping the consumer in mind.**Education Requirements**:* We welcome applications from all degree disciplines.* Please note for Graduate roles you must have graduated by August 2025 and provided proof of Degree.**Role Start Date:** September 2026**Benefits:*** Salary of 37,500 Euros* Health & wellbeing programmes to support your physical and mental health* Early Talent Community run by the graduates for the graduates**Application Process:**The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:* **Application** – information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.* **Online Assessment** – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment/interview.* **One-Way Video Interview** – if selected you receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role.
