As we continue to put our hearts and souls into the future of food, we'll be looking at you to support the creation and execution of fully integrated marketing plans for some of our leading & super exciting K Snacks brands.

Join us in Kellanova as a Brand Manager on a 12-month contract in our EUHQ in Dublin. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving innovative consumer experiences across our key snacking brands. This role offers you the opportunity to be a part of our snacking powerhouse knowledge hub and closely collaborate with fantastic End-to-End partners from Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and RGM to drive our strongest-ever innovations into our consumers' hands.

Working as a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results through the creation & execution of world-class Consumer and Shopper experience plans across our key snacking brands. This role offers you the opportunity to be a part of our snacking category as we go through a transformation, working closely with our strategy and insights team to become an expert within the world of consumer shopper.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

1. Innovation Magic – Lead innovation ideation to on-shelf execution for the whole of Europe.
2. Insight Power – Drive consumer insights into business planning.
3. Initiatives Scale – Involve broad E2E team to collaborate on key Snacks efficiency projects.
4. Market Collaboration – Engage the markets through proactive communication.

We're Looking for Someone With

1. Marketing experience - brand management experience; innovation development & execution.
2. Proven project management experience.
3. FMCG marketing experience.
