Production Manager Excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join a thriving and well-established company in Co. Clare Key Responsibilities: Oversee the production department to ensure timely manufacturing that aligns with customer demand. Develop and manage the production schedule to enable accurate forecasting and effective planning. Collaborate closely with the Quality team to implement appropriate inspection processes, minimising the risk of customer complaints. Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on reducing manufacturing costs. Plan and allocate resources; including personnel, materials, and equipment to support production requirements. Manage and support direct reports through coaching, motivation, and training to help them achieve and exceed individual and team objectives. Play a key role in the business's strategic planning to drive overall organisational performance and effectiveness.
