We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caretaker to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

What you'll do:

- Carry out general building maintenance and minor repairs to fabric, services, and equipment.

- Ensure all areas are maintained to required standards and report any faults or safety hazards.

- Conduct regular inspections, checks, and preventative maintenance tasks.

- Safely operate tools, equipment, and materials following training and company procedures.

- Maintain safe, clean, and tidy work and storage areas at all times.

- Use correct safety signage and follow all Health & Safety and fire safety procedures.

- Manage materials responsibly, minimizing waste and reporting low stock levels.

- Respond promptly to Helpdesk calls and report updates to the FM Manager.

What you'll bring:

- Ensure high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform compliance.

- Adhere to all company, client, and site security and safety regulations.

- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to maintain competence and standards.

- Provide cover and flexibility for other team members during absence, holidays, or school events.

- Work flexible hours, including some overtime, to support school functions and out-of-hours tasks.

- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the FM Manager.
