Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager, located in Maynooth. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional client service. Additionally, the Practice Manager will be tasked with implementing office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing budgets, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications Experience in managing staff and coordinating schedules
Budget management and financial oversight skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and office policies
Strong organizational and process improvement skills
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to work independently and oversee daily operations
Experience in a business brokerage or financial environment is a plus
Bachelor/'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
