Location: West Dublin (Temp to Perm)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer credit limits are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure Customer Credit Limits are current and up-to-date
  2. Pre-approve dispatch of product to customer order releasing
  3. Liaise with Call Centre and Contacting Customers/Regional Managers to ensure customers clear any overdue balances
  4. Maintain phones and deal with queries related to old debt and customer accounts

The ideal candidate will have experience in credit control, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures and practices
