▷ (Immediate Start) Senior Software Engineer (Java or Python)

Job Description:**The Opportunity:**We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in expanding and improving our Engagement Channel solutions. You bring the ability to interpret data and business strategy, understanding constraints and trade-offs.* You have experience in mentoring other team members about best practices, latest updates and version, and fostering consistent coding styles and guidelines* You have helped introduce new dev/test/automation frameworks, languages, tools and have drove adoption where suitable* Experience of Java or Python RESTful as an API design* Experience with AWS and Cloud-first applications is a plus.* Experience with React or other Front-end frameworks is advantageous.**Achievements:*** You have lead system level designs that serve as definitive examples for other engineers (transferred from the skills you will bring)* You have proven to be capable in delivering quality solutions in a fast-moving business environment* You have collaborated openly on shared items of work and communicated well in a team-oriented environment across locations.* You have demonstrated a growth mindset with a continuous focus on improving yourself and the way work gets done within your sphere of influence.## **The Company:***At Workhuman our missi**on is to bring more humanity to the workplace.
