Job Overview:

The Senior Paid Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our paid media strategy. This requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and cross-channel media execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Manage large-scale advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
  • Optimize campaigns through data-driven insights, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and ad creatives.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure holistic, full-funnel marketing execution.
  • Analyze key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV, providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of testing and learning, conducting A/B tests on creative, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to uncover insights that drive growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting automation, AI-driven bidding strategies, and advanced attribution models to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms with a strong performance marketing background.
  • Proven experience managing large advertising budgets with a track record of driving scalable growth.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and in-platform reporting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, audience targeting, first-party data activation, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
