Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Cpl are delighted to be working with an established , national brand in Cork , who are looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can oversee all operations, manage inventory, ensure efficient logistics, and maintain a safe, compliant environment. You’ll lead a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement, and support organisational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee logistics, stock control, and timely order fulfilment.
- Manage facility maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Drive process improvements and optimise performance.
- Motivate, train, and develop staff to achieve excellence.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in operations management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
