Sales Support Executive

Job Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Executive to join our Irish Fashion and Clothing Company client. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our clients sales team with customer queries, supplier follow-ups, vendor liaison, and general ad-hoc administration duties. The successful candidate will be a team player who is passionate about clothing and fashion. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products Liaise with 3rd party vendors to ensure all necessary materials and products are ordered and delivered in a timely manner Assist with general ad-hoc administration duties such as data entry, filing and document preparation Assist with other sales-related tasks as required Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Strong time management skills Interest in clothing and fashion Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 1-2 years of experience in a similar role A team player with the ability to work independently Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Strong work ethic and a positive attitude We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting industry.
