Homecare Service Delivery Manager Here at Osborne, we are working with a large well-established family run home care organisation who a looking for a number of Branch Managers to work with them to deliver a person-centred empathic approach to homecare services. This an opportunity to work with a Homecare service provider whos mission is to provide professional, person-centred care of the highest standard where clients will be treated with the greatest respect, dignity, and care in their own home by an experienced and professional team. As a Homecare Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a homecare region. Your primary role will be to ensure the provision of high-quality, compassionate, and personalised care to clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of caregivers, maintaining regulatory compliance, coordinating client care plans, and ensuring the overall smooth functioning of the homecare services. The homecare manager will work closely with senior management and report to the directors. We are looking to speak with candidates who may have worked within healthcare and/or experienced managers or people leaders ideally with a background in Homecare, Community care, or Elder care. This a busy management role that will require experience in healthcare delivery and an ability to lead and drive on the expansion of the service in the region An excellent communicator who is highly organised will thrive in this position. Above all, a desire to deliver excellent healthcare services in the community is the most important requirement for this role. Locations:Dublin / Kildare / North Midlands / South East Salary:€40,000+ Hours:40 hours per week (Flexibility needed for weekend work) Essential: Full Drivers Licence and access to a car Experience or qualification in Healthcare Administration / Nursing / Social care work or related field Minimum of 1 years management of a busy team Existing authorisation to work in Ireland Responsibilities: Promote the highest standards of care and service - ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business and in line with the Company, HSE and HIQA standards. Develop and manage relationships with Service users, HSE/PHN's/OT's and home support office Provide support and leadership to our Healthcare staff. Ensure all homecare packages are filled on a timely and ongoing basis. Ensure the delivery of all staff training. Oversee the rostering and scheduling and on-call cover. Work with HR and manage the recruitment process. Participate in the development and marketing of the company. Manage the Administrative and Care staff delivering Homecare services. Requirements: Strong planning/organisation and time management skills Proven people and performance management skills Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a homecare agency or similar healthcare setting ideally Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing high-quality care to clients. In-depth knowledge of homecare regulations, policies, and best practices.
