We are recruiting on behalf of our client for motivated and customer focused individuals to join their dynamic Sales team based in Dublin City Centre. This is a permanent & hybrid position offering fully paid training, excellent commission potential, and clear career progression opportunities. Responsibilities: Consistently achieve and surpass sales target Promote and sell motor, home, and travel insurance through inbound and outbound calls Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong brand reputation Address and overcome objections confidently, escalating complex queries when necessary Support team success by contributing to process and service improvement Requirements: Strong work ethic, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude Skilled in communication and negotiation, with confidence in overcoming objections and closing sales Adaptable, collaborative, and driven to achieve results Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets Minimum of 1 years experience in a sales-focused role Experience in a contact centre environment Salary & Benefits: Annual base salary of €26,400 - €27,000, plus industry leading commission (OTE €32,000 - €50,000) Clear Progression Hybrid working eligibility post-training 20 days annual leave + 2 company days Exclusive insurance discounts & free membership benefits Pension contributions Subsidised FlyeFit Gym membership Mobile plan discounts Education support for insurance qualifications Health insurance discounts Fully paid family leave maternity/paternity/adoptive Income protection & life cover And More...
