Product Support and Commissioning Specialist

Our client, a long-established and leading supplier of commercial and domestic heat recovery ventilation systems, fan coil units, and a wide range of other heating products, is currently seeking aProduct Support and Commissioning Engineer. The company is renowned for providing exceptional service, supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle of the equipment, from initial sale to commissioning, service, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform service and maintenance on domestic and commercial heat recovery units, HIUs, fan coil units, and other heating equipment.
- Collaborate closely with in-house engineering and sales teams.
- Conduct on-site assessments and diagnose equipment faults.
- Ensure clear and concise service and commissioning reports are submitted promptly.

Requirements:

- Technical experience in the HVAC industry, with knowledge of both mechanical and electrical components of heating and ventilation systems.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Full driving license.
- Ambitious, driven, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Eager to learn and willing to travel to the UK and Europe for manufacturer training.
- Organized and able to manage schedules efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
