Technical Program Manager, Foundational Security Services

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager who will raise the security bar by collaborating with engineering teams across Amazon Security to deliver industry-best security services.
You should be somebody who enjoys inventing and simplifying around complex security challenges, obsesses over the customer experience, and feels strongly about delivering results.
Key Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering teams across Amazon Security to deliver industry-best security services.
- Design new security features, deploy software through large automated systems, and operationally support security software.
- Automate fixes for operational issues and use Amazon Security services to solve design problems.

Qualifications- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1. Experience in technical product or program management
- 2. Experience in software development
- 3. Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- 4. Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1. Experience working directly with engineering teams
- 2. Experience with IAM, security services
- 3. Experience in software architecture and systems design
- 4. Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to scale the business and provide reporting to senior leadership
- 5. Strong sense of ownership, including an ability to promote operational excellence.
- 6. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- 7. Experience with Amazon Security platforms, services and design patterns.
