Founded in 1969, we are a professional services firm offering Civil Engineering, Land Planning, and Land Surveying solutions. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, we support a wide range of project types - including residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, governmental, and recreational developments - throughout the greater St. Louis area.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a Professional Engineer (PE) or experienced Civil Designer to join our team.
In this role, you'll help develop civil engineering designs, prepare site plans, create stormwater management and erosion control strategies, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
You'll also collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and deliverables on schedule.
Prepare or assist in the development of civil design plans and site layouts
Design and analyze stormwater management and erosion control systems
Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and team members
Manage timelines and project deliverables

Qualifications

Strong civil engineering design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with stormwater management and erosion control practices
Understanding of regulatory compliance and civil engineering standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required for PE position)
Associate's or two-year degree in AutoCAD or related field (required for Civil Designer)
Minimum 5 years of experience for Civil Designer
PE license required
