The Daughters of Charity Community Services (DoCCS), located at 9 Henrietta Street, Dublin 1, provides a range of educational, training and social care services for adults, youth and children in the North Inner City We are recruiting for the following position: Early Years Educator Part Time Permanent (25 hours) Required Skills and Competencies: Essential: A relevant qualification in the field of Early Childhood Care and Education (a minimum QQI Level 5 or relevant equivalent is required) A passion for working with young children and their families Minimum of three years experience working in an Early Years setting Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Ability to work as part of a team Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple work tasks and a busy environment Advantage/ Benefits of Working with us: Finish time set at 2pm Monday to Friday Finish times are inclusive of one hour daily non-contact time Monday to Thursday and two hours non-contact time on Friday The service is closed for Christmas, Easter and 1 month in August with paid leave for the successful candidate Experience and training in Solta & Aistear Unique opportunity to gain experience that only working in a Community Services provides Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and further development and within the industry specifically relating to the cohort we offer our services to Opportunity to work with a team of highly qualified and dedicated childcare professionals Experience in an environment that is underpinned by an Ethos of supporting families in our community.
