About the Role:
An established main contractor is looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead building projects across Dublin and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of sectors including high-spec residential, commercial buildings, life science facilities, data centres, and specialist environments such as cleanrooms and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on site.

- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and safety documentation.

- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures.

- Liaise with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to drive progress.

Requirements:

- 4+ years’ experience in a site management role on building projects.

- Strong background in at least one of the following sectors: residential, commercial, pharma, or industrial.

- Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety standards.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

- Relevant qualifications (e.g., construction management, engineering, trade background with experience).
