Location: Dublin 15 (fully on-site role) Salary: €35,256 per annum Contract: Temporary on-going basis Contract: Full time, Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm Overview: FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for the position Grade IV HR/Payroll Officer on behalf of a public sector client based in Dublin 15. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support within the HR and Payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR and Payroll teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee information. Maintain and update employee records using the SAP HR system. Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll data in line with relevant policies and procedures. Liaise with HR, finance, and departmental teams to resolve payroll and employee data queries. Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and manage data using Microsoft Excel. Manage correspondence and documentation through Outlook and internal systems. Support general HR administration including onboarding, contracts, and record maintenance. Ensure adherence to GDPR and confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive information. Key Requirements: Strong administrative experience, ideally within HR, payroll, or finance/accounts. Experience using SAP HR system is highly desirable. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. INDFRS1
