Overview We have an exciting new role for a passionate, ambitious, ‘go-getter’, who wants to be part of a hospitality software scale-up company. 5 star service is the goal, and this role will deliver that on a day-to-day basis. The role will focus on being the first point for our customers, providing timely responses and resolutions to all queries in a friendly and professional manner.
