Youll be responsible for leading the kitchen team, maintaining efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence. What Were Looking For: Experienced leader: Minimum 1 year as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality hotel or restaurant environment. Culinary expertise: Passion for fresh, flavorful, and finely presented food across all outlets. Operational skills: Ability to manage budgets, rosters, food safety, and hygiene standards. Team player:A strong work ethic with humility and respect for colleagues. Creative mindset:Capable of crafting daily specials and enhancing menu offerings. Attention to detail:Ability to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation. Adaptability: Willingness to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends. Knowledge & Compliance: Strong understanding of HACCP, food allergens, and health & safety regulations.
