About The Role Responsibilities: Handle guest reservations with professionalism and care, ensuring all preferences and requirements are met to the highest standard. Provide clear and comprehensive information about hotel amenities, services, and pricing. Proactively promote additional hotel offerings and sister properties to enhance the guest experience. Set accurate expectations prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and satisfying stay.
