We are currently seeking an experiencedHR Business Partnerto join a leading national organisation on a12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role is based inNaas, with on-site presence required two days per week. Occasional travel within theLeinster regionis also required, so access to a car and a full driving licence is essential.

This is an urgent vacancy, with an ideal start date inmid-to-late Augustto ensure a full handover period.

About the Role:

Location: Naas - Hybrid: 2 Days onsite/week
Contact:12 Month FTC
Travel:Some travel across the Leinster region – full driving licence and access to a car essential
Start Date:Ideally mid to late August (to allow for a handover)
On-call Responsibility:Includes office management duties with an associated on-call allowance

Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Act as a POC foremployee queries and escalations.
- Lead and supportHR-related projectsand organisational change initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with line managersand support the implementation of HR strategies
- Ensure HR policies and employment legislation are appliedconsistently and effectively
- Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Analyse HR data and trendsto inform strategic decisions
- Act as Office Manager for the Naas Regional Office, including key holder responsibilities, alarm callouts, heating system oversight, and coordination with service providers (e.g. lift engineers, cleaners, fire safety contractors). This element of the role includes anon-call allowance

Key Requirements

- Significant experience in aHR Business Partneror senior HR generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support change initiatives
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience managing an office or site operations, including contractor liaison and key holder duties, is highly desirable
- Full, clean driving licence and access to a car (essential due to regional travel)
