Are you ready to advance your career as a Qualified Practice Accountant? We are currently recruiting for a highly reputable international firm located in Dublin. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prominent organization that prioritizes personal development and fosters a collaborative work environment.

As a Qualified Practice Accountant, you will be an integral part of the Accounts & Business Advisory Department in the South-East region. In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients spanning various industries. Your responsibilities will include delivering accounting engagements, maintaining client relationships, managing deadlines, and providing valuable support to the team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and coach junior staff members.

To succeed in this position, you must possess an accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA, along with prior experience in an accountancy practice. Ongoing mentoring and coaching will be provided to ensure your continued professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide and mentor trainees and junior staff
- Manage client relationships, ensuring adherence to deadlines and efficient workflow
- Prepare and review Financial Statements for sole traders and companies in compliance with relevant accounting standards and Companies Acts
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of relevant tax regulations, including VAT, Payroll, RCT, and income taxes
- Cultivate key relationships with external stakeholders such as clients, revenue authorities, and internal departments (tax, company secretarial, corporate recovery)
- Identify potential business opportunities and actively contribute to business development initiatives
