Business Development Manager Internal | Hybrid Role | South Dublin The Company: BMS Performance is a leading sales & engineering recruitment consultancy, working with some of the biggest names across Ireland and the UK. We're expanding our Dublin team and are seeking driven Business Development Managers to join us. This is an out-and-out sales role, picking up the phone, speaking to senior decision-makers, building relationships, and winning new business. The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you'll be focused on high-volume outbound calls every day. Your job is to engage with prospective clients, introduce our services, and open doors for long-term partnerships. You'll be speaking with Managing Directors, HR teams, and Sales Leaders, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how BMS can help them grow their teams. This role is all about consistency, hard work, and resilience. If you put the activity in, the rewards are there. The Candidate: We're looking for individuals who: Are ambitious, competitive, and target-driven Have the resilience to pick up the phone and keep going, even after setbacks Want to build a career in sales or recruitment with a clear progression path Are confident communicators who enjoy speaking to people at all levels Can show strong work ethic and consistency in hitting daily activity Sales experience is useful but not essential - if you've worked in retail, customer service, telesales, or any outbound sales role, you'll have transferable skills. What matters most is attitude, drive, and hunger to succeed. The Package: Basic salary €30,000 - €40,000 DOE Uncapped commission - first year realistic earnings €40,000-€45,000, rising to €50,000-€60,000+ in year two Hybrid role - mix of office and remote working (South Dublin office) Full training, mentorship, and ongoing development Clear progression into senior sales or management roles If you want to earn well, develop your career, and are prepared to put in the calls and hard work needed, this is the opportunity for you.
