We are recruiting for a Document Controller for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. Working on the largest construction project ever to commence in Kerry, you will manage, organise, and update all project documents, including drawings, contracts, and permits associated with all work on site. This is a full-time, permanent position with the option of hybrid working week offered.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with maintenance of office management systems – updating and maintaining office policies, procedures and drawing registers for projects.
- Assisting with collation of BCAR documentation & O&M Manuals.
- Using electronic document management systems to control important documents (drawings, drawing register), upload of completion cert submissions, managing the flow of documentation and data to their uploader platform.
- Assisting the Information Systems Lead in supporting the implementation of Vision Built systems and processes for the Common Data Environment and Digital Field Tool across all projects, through the supply chain and with design teams (where possible) for each project.
- Prepare and generate reports on document status and distribution.
- Assist in the implementation and adherence to document control policies and procedures.
- Maintain and manage all construction documents, including blueprints, contracts, permits, and technical drawings.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience working as an administrator in a professional, preferably construction or manufacturing related field is essential.
- 4+ years’ experience working with MS Office, Teams, Viewpoint, SharePoint, Adobe PDF, PDF Exchange.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
