Overview
Join our busy and valued team in Dublin as a Telesales Executive, where you'll play a key role in supporting and growing our B2B customer base. You'll develop a strong understanding of the markets our clients operate in, while building lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues across Northgate.
We're looking for a motivated sales professional to help drive growth in Vehicles on Hire (VOH) and revenue by identifying and converting new business opportunities. You'll maintain a clear and up-to-date sales pipeline, respond to customer needs with confidence, and represent our services with clarity and professionalism. With regular reporting, strong time management, and a focus on targets, you'll contribute directly to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities
- Support and grow the B2B customer base as a Telesales Executive.
- Drive growth in Vehicles on Hire (VOH) and revenue by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Respond to customer needs with confidence and professionalism.
- Represent Northgate's services with clarity.
- Provide regular reporting and demonstrate strong time management with a focus on targets.
About you
- You're an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and negotiate effectively.
- Passionate about delivering results, you thrive under pressure and bring energy to everything you do.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, you manage your workload efficiently in fast-paced, changing environments.
- You have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in account management and customer retention is a plus, though not essential.

Benefits
- Salary: €29,580 per annum plus bonus (OTE of €45k per annum)
- Annual Leave: 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service; public holidays; birthday leave
