BIM Coordinator

BIM Coordinator We are recruiting for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a digital engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing BIM processes across multiple M&E projects, ensuring accurate coordination, model integrity, and compliance with company and client BIM standards. Responsibilities Coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) models across disciplines to achieve clash-free, fully integrated designs. Develop, manage, and maintain 3D models using Revit, Plant 3D, and Navisworks (or similar software). Produce coordinated installation drawings, fabrication models, and as-built documentation. Implement and support BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and company BIM protocols. Conduct model reviews and clash detection, preparing reports and tracking issue resolution. Collaborate closely with design consultants, main contractors, and site teams to ensure design intent and buildability. Maintain accurate model data in compliance with ISO 19650 and client-specific requirements. Requirements Degree or diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years experience in BIM coordination within an M&E contracting or design environment. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD. Experience with Autodesk Plant 3D is a strong advantage. Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or similar CDE platforms.
