Overview Are you ready to make an impact in sustainable building design? ProSource Group are looking for a Building Services Engineer to join a growing team to help deliver innovative mechanical and electrical (M&E) design solutions across a wide variety of projects from commercial and residential to healthcare, education, and industrial. As part of an expanding multidisciplinary team, youll take projects from concept to completion, working with industry experts to design smarter, more energy-efficient buildings that shape a sustainable future. In this role, you will: Deliver high-quality M&E design from concept to handover. Develop detailed layouts, schematics, specifications & calculations. Design systems including HVAC, power, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection. Collaborate with sustainability specialists using the latest IES tools. Coordinate with clients, consultants & contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Support QA, technical reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement. About you: Bachelors degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience (3-6 years) in M&E building services design for construction projects (Experience in Irish market preferred). Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing & fire protection systems. Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD & IES is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and meet project deadlines.
