Full Time Permanent Role

Salary, Dependent on Experience

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seek an Assistant Director of Nursing, for a Nursing Home in Ballytivnan, Sligo.

Eligible applicants are invited to apply-

· Registered Nurse on NMBI live register.

- 3 years post-registration experience in a relevant field
- Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
- Clinical experience working in older persons care or nursing home care.
- Working experience of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
- Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and be eligible to work in Ireland.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- An understanding of the Assisted Decision-Making process
- Ability to work well as part of a care team.
- Caring and compassionate and be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care.
- Have a basic knowledge of IT systems such as excel spreadsheets.
- Have a good understanding of applications for home supports and NHSS/Fair deal.
