German-Speaking Sales Professionals Wanted

Are you a German-speaking sales and technology enthusiast?
We’re looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing SaaS team in Dublin, Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in tech sales, develop international experience, and be part of a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Your Role

- Identify and engage potential clients who can benefit from advanced marketing automation solutions.

- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies.

- Craft and refine tailored outreach across multiple channels, industries, and personas.

- Share successful approaches and contribute to continuous improvement of the outbound process.

- Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.

About You

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR role, ideally in a SaaS or marketing technology company.

- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

- Motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-aware and coachable, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

What We Offer

- OTE: €67,000 (€43,550 base + bonus and benefits).

- Hybrid working model: two days remote per week.

- Relocation support for international candidates.

- Location: Dublin 2 (Temple Bar area).
