Overview A challenging new position has opened up with an innovative biologics organisation who have developed, and are continuing to work on, ground-breaking drugs to treat rare diseases. The team here in Ireland has grown into a key strategic office within their global network. Progress in their product commercialisation plans has created an interim need for an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee a business critical program of works in collaboration with their CMO partner network.
Responsibilities As an experienced project leader, you will own the post-execution body of work and oversee these key projects for the business.
Work closely with strategic partners on a global scale to support the successful establishment of commercial manufacturing operations.
This position is challenging within a complex structure and will require flexibility and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Reporting to the head of Technical Services; this position sits within a team of talented professionals.
Liaise closely with business partners and internal stakeholders to support business needs.
Innovate and encourage the use of emerging tech to support key business objectives.
You will support a number of submissions for the business.
Experience All applications must have a Technical Degree with a minimum of 5 years/' experience within a pharma or biologics business.
Experience working within a drug-substance or drug-product manufacturing site would be a distinct advantage.
Experience of working with CMO/'s to deliver against agreed timelines and key objectives is a requirement of this position.
Flexible approach to work and a positive attitude will be a good fit with the team dynamic.
Be collaborative and a genuine team player.
A flexible remote working model is in place, and a competitive rate is offered. This is initially a 12-month contract.
