GPC Finance have partnered with a Chartered Accountants in Dublin, offering Audit & Accountancy, Tax Compliance, Insolvency Services, Payroll & Bookkeeping, Company Secretarial, Corporate Finance, Business Advisory and Business startup advice. Our client based in Dublin City Centre are looking to hire an Audit & Accounts Assistant Manager.

The opportunity of Audit & Accounts Assistant Manager offers progression, challenging projects, and learning and development. Our client’s portfolio covers a wide industry base across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with managing the team’s financial performance e.g. agreeing and billing of fees.
- Proactively manage client expectations and be point-of-contact for clients.
- Manage a portfolio of clients of variable sizes across different industries.
- Lead teams on the planning, execution, and completion of audits.
- Provide technical auditing and accounting assistance to team members and clients.
- Participate in the coaching, mentoring, and appraisal of staff.

Requirements:

- ACA or ACCA Qualified.
- 4 years+ PQE.
- Knowledge of the ISA’s and accounting standards FRS100 to FRS102.
- Client-oriented with initiative, enthusiasm, and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with maximum discretion.
- Excellent organisational skills, time-management, and communication skills.
