Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor, where some work from home is acceptable. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for supporting the 3 senior advisors in the firm, and primarily advising existing clients on personal financial planning matters. Additional duties include developing and implementing investment strategies, monitoring clients/' financial status, and providing tailored financial advice. The ideal candidate will engage directly with clients to understand their financial goals and develop customized plans to help them achieve those goals. While it will be encouraged, the candidate will not be under pressure to generate new leads or attract clients. This is a servicing role for a large existing client bank.
Responsibilities Support the three senior advisers and primarily advise existing clients on personal financial planning matters.
Develop and implement investment strategies for clients.
Monitor clients/' financial status and provide tailored financial advice.
Engage directly with clients to understand financial goals and develop customized plans.
Operate as a servicing-focused role for a large existing client bank without pressure to generate new leads or attract clients.
Qualifications Expertise in all aspects of personal financial planning.
Proven ability and desire to put clients/' interests first at all times.
Proficiency in developing and implementing investment strategies.
Strong skills in financial analysis and client consultation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Relevant professional certifications such as CFP, QFA, or similar.
Primary degree.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits Very competitive salary, holiday, social and pension package available. Compensation will be made up of salary and company profit share (subject to probationary period). We do not operate any sales or production target-based remuneration.
Location and Employment Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid role with some work from home flexibility.
