What Youll Do: Actively identify and engage top talent across multiple platforms Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand client needs Write engaging job ads and manage postings across job boards Screen candidates to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals Represent Matrix at career fairs client visits and networking events Help build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Maintain CRM & format CVs Assist with admin & process improvements What You Bring: 3rd Level Degree (any discipline) Great communication & people skills Organised, proactive & eager to learn Experience in C2C sales is ideal but not essential.
