SAP Project & Resource Specialist ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with our client SAP This is a 12-month contract role employed with ManpowerGroup Ireland with a possibility of extension. This position is a Hybrid role based in Galway. You will play a key role as a Project & Resource Specialist in the Preferred Success Delivery team. What you will do Drive projects and initiatives relating to Preferred Success delivery enhancement Update and maintain all Preferred Success delivery content and related resources Ensure all delivery assets are regularly maintained and up to date Work across regional Preferred Success teams to align on delivery content and resource requirements Work with relevant innovation teams to develop identified enhanced approaches, coordinating each project from concept to launch Collaborate with innovation teams to review and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI across Preferred Success delivery Collaborate with enablement teams to support training initiatives and content development Develop methods to track and report on content and resource management progress Review and act as trusted advisor to regional delivery teams, actively applying expert knowledge to global Preferred Success processes Involvement within strategy discussions and resulting projects relating to developing enhanced methods for Preferred Success delivery Other ad-hoc project related tasks where required What you bring A professional and clear communication style with ability to collaborate at all levels High attention to detail Strong proficiency and knowledge of IT and online applications e.g, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Gainsight, AI technology Ability to successfully track, monitor and drive projects and initiatives across large teams Proven ability to take point in project discussions, set clear expectations and outline next steps An ability to conduct research on unfamiliar topics by seeking relevant enablement and collaborating across teams Strong presentation and analysis reporting Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES From 3 - 7 years' experience managing large projects a distinct advantage Previous experience with managing delivery content and delivery resources a distinct advantage Experience collaborating with regional and global leadership teams on delivery topics Strong communication and negotiation skills The Preferred Success Delivery Content & Resource Specialist needs to be a master at project execution across global functional teams Flexible and adaptable approach to project management within a fast-changing delivery segment Bachelors or honours degree an advantage PROFILE Facilitator Trust Multi-tasker Entrepreneurial Strong communicator Good sounding board for others Provide open, honest feedback Meet the team SAP Preferred Success Scale safeguards customer success by delivering high value pro-active engagements with great effectiveness and consistency to all customers.
