Job Description
As a result of King and Moffatt Building Services securing a number of new projects in the Dublin area, we are now looking to hire experienced Mechanical Foremen, to play a key role in the successful delivery of these projects.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams on-site.

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and Irish building regulations.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor site progress, productivity, and quality of workmanship.

Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks to ensure health and safety compliance.

Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

Maintain accurate records of work completed, labour hours, and site issues.

Assist in resolving technical or coordination issues on-site.

Qualifications

Fully qualified plumber or mechanical craftsperson with relevant certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Experience working on commercial, industrial, or data centre projects is an advantage.

Full, clean driving licence (desirable).
