We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Content Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to drive our social strategy both for ourselves and our clients.

The Role
The Social Media Content Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing content strategies across social platforms to enhance client brand presence, grow audiences, and drive engagement. This role requires a mix of creativity, data-driven decision making, and hands on content creation.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement multi-platform social media content strategies for a portfolio of clients.

Create engaging on brand content (copy, image, video, and graphics) tailored to each platform.

Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and posts.

Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

Stay up to date with trends, tools and best practices in social media and digital content.

Work closely with account managers, creatives and paid media specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.

Engage with online communities, fostering positive interactions and growing brand advocates.

Ensure brand voice and tone consistency across all digital touch points.

What You/'ll Bring

3+ years’ experience in social media management, ideally within an agency environment

Strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns acrossvarious social platforms-Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube

Excellent copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences

A knack for design thinking, comfortable producing or manipulating simple graphics and shaping visual content tailored to specific platforms.

Familiarity with video content creation and editing for social platforms.

Proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting and tools, in particular Hootsuite

Proven ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable improvements

Highly organised with excellent project management skills

Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions focused mindset

Passionate about social trends, emerging platforms and digital storytelling

Able to balance creativity with commercial awareness

Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
