Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the daily operations of the Restaurant
- Delivering high standards of Customer Service
- Overseeing all aspects of service and service staff during operating hours
- Meeting all financial goals set
- Meeting departmental targets and objectives
- Setting work schedules within budget
- Co-ordinating closely with kitchen staff
- Implementing company policies and procedures
- Ability to work well as part of a team and efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours required for the job to include evening and weekend work
- To operate the till in line with till operation and cash handling procedures
- Proficient English language to include reading and writing
