An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join our clients retail store in Cork City. Our client is one of Ireland's leading retailers of Irish Craft and Design.

The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in driving high performance and developing a service orientated culture within the store.

The ideal Manager will be driven, energetic, genuine, and passionate, with the ability to lead a team and support the future direction of the store. You will be actively involved in motivating and developing a team of highly trained sales advisors to drive sales forward and achieve store targets. You will you play a key role in adapting and applying clear practices and procedures across the store from, logistics, administration, stock management, customer service and cash management.

The ideal candidate:

- Previous management experience is essential

- A passionate, driven, and flexible person that thrives working in a fast-paced retail environment

- Excellent people management skills with the ability to drive sales through your team
