Job Title: Bartender Location: Co. Cavan, Ireland Role Type: Full-Time. We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join the team at a prestigious 4-star property in Co. Cavan. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, creating quality drinks, and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable bar experience. What's in it for you? €15 per hour. Accommodation provided. Staff meals provided during shifts Opportunities for training and career progression within the hospitality sector Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure correct storage and rotation Handle payments and transactions accurately and efficiently Work collaboratively with the wider food and beverage team Key Requirements: Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is essential Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Legal right to work in Ireland Skills: Team Managemenr/ Organisation/ Time management Benefits: Accommodation provided
