What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the team, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs, offering expert advice and tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing renewals in line with company protocols and procedures.
- Driving new business growth while meeting individual income targets.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
- Overseeing premium collections and managing aged debt effectively.
- Ensuring full compliance with Central Bank requirements and internal policies.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is a confident and knowledgeable professional with experience in commercial insurance.

- CIP Qualification (or Grandfathered status) in Commercial General Insurance.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in new business.
- Strong market, product, and technical knowledge.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
