Our client is Irelands most experienced fencing contractor, manufacturing solutions to meet the needs of projects large and small. They are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in steel fabrication and welding as a General Labourer. Key Responsibilities Learn to operate a Robotic Welding Machine under the guidance of experienced welders. Train on using a band saw to accurately cut steel tubes. Learn to operate a pedestal drill for various fabrication tasks. Develop skills in using angle grinders and other essential steel working tools safely and effectively. Assist senior fabricators and welders with their daily tasks. Learn to read and interpret work instructions and fabrication drawings. Maintain high safety and quality standards at all times. Assist with general workshop duties to support the team. Requirements A genuine interest in a hands-on career in welding and steel fabrication. Eagerness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Ability to listen carefully and follow instructions from senior staff. A strong commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines. Good practical and problem-solving skills. Must be fluent in English with good communication skills.
