Successful candidates:You will be part of a team of qualified allied health professionals and support workers as well as a wider multi-disciplinary team of health professionals. CPD is actively encouraged and supported through regular supervision/appraisal and staff training. This is a full time, 35 hour week spread across Monday - Friday with excellent benefits including free onsite parking, incremental HSE pay-scale, generous annual leave entitlement and CPD opportunties. The Role As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will: Lead and manage a caseload of children with a variety of developmental, sensory, and functional needs. Provide high-quality assessments, intervention planning, and therapy services in line with evidence-based practices. Support families and caregivers with strategies to enhance childrens participation in daily life at home, school, and in the community. Mentor and supervise junior therapists, therapy assistants, and students. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, physiotherapists, pediatricians, and educators. Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and team training. Requirements: Degree in Occupational Therapy with CORU registration. Experience: working with children in a community setting is preferred but not required. Full clean Driver's License with access to own vehicle. Skills: Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a compassionate, family-centered approach.
