Graduate Structural Engineer Dublin A great opportunity has opened up for a Graduate Structural Engineer, ready to step into a more senior role with a respected engineering consultancy with a strong reputation for innovative and well-delivered design work. Their Dublin team is growing, and this role offers the perfect platform to learn, contribute, and build your career with the support of highly experienced engineers. Sample Projects: Commercial & Office Developments new builds, refurbishments, adaptive reuse Residential & Mixed-Use Schemes housing, apartments, urban regeneration projects Education Facilities school extensions, refurb projects, campus developments Healthcare Projects primary care centres, clinical facilities, and specialist units Public Realm & Infrastructure small bridges, retaining structures, remedial and improvement works Duties: Assisting in structural design and analysis across a broad mix of building and infrastructure projects Working closely with senior engineers, architects, and contractors to develop practical, efficient solutions Preparing drawings, calculations, reports, and technical documentation Supporting projects through concept, detailed design, and construction stages Carrying out site visits and inspections alongside senior team members Contributing to a collaborative, learning-focused environment as the team continues to grow Requirements: Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Level 8 or equivalent) Up to 12 years experience is welcome, but motivated graduates at the beginning of their career will be considered Interest in structural software such as Tekla, Tedds, Robot, Revit, or similar Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in structural design Positive, proactive, and keen to learn from an experienced team Based within a reasonable commute of Dublin Salary & Benefits: €38-50K (depending on experience) + Benefits Full chartership support and structured professional development Exposure to a diverse portfolio of meaningful, real-world projects Mentorship from senior engineers who enjoy investing in early-career talent How to Apply If youre a Graduate Structural Engineer ready to kickstart your career in Dublin, lets connect.
